THE PROJECT
From 01.07. 2018 to 31.11.2018 I had my internship in Berlin at A.N.A. Studio Architektur und Design Konzeption.
We had our hands on redesigning part of the train station in Bad Neuenahr, Germany.

One of the first steps was to design a staircase able to create a new connection between the ground floor and the first floor, before accessible only from the outside.
Next to the staircase we were asked to design a cafe/ bakery, with a proper entrance from the main station hall.
The cafe was also connected, via a corridor, to the main restaurant, which has been one of the latest part designed.
A big attention went to the kitchen, were we had to organise the space with all of the requested machines.
The toilet spaces were challenging, especially because we had to fit a barrier free bathroom within the small space that we had.
